Normally, when you open up the Start Menu, below Documents, is shown My Pictures and My Music
If you want, you can change these to any other locations you may use more frequently.

Start Regedit
-
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

On the right side, change the location for My Pictures and My Music

This new location will now show on the start menu
